I had to say it in my Appeal Brief, about the Appellee’s recalcitrance toward her duties to enforce constitutional Equal Protection. It is shocking that there is even one educated adult in the USA so given to magical thinking as to allow a whole healthy child to be cut. All of the laws on battery are crystalline in their clarity, and as far as that goes, those laws are extra particular, extra strict when it comes to children.
